Our Organic Rice Syrup Solids are made from the finest non-GMO organic rice grown in the Himalayan region of India. They’re created by converting rice starch into dextrins by carrying out natural enzymatic treatment on organic rice till it turns into a pale white powder. This slightly sweet powder is extremely versatile as it adds body and improves mouth feel without affecting taste.

This syrup is then molded into lumps, cubes or powdered for use. The process of creating organic jaggery does not separate the molasses from the crystals, lending jaggery its rich golden colour.
