It is made up of dried lentils that are split in half and dehusked. With a naturally soft texture and sweet flavour. It’s also a perfect snack food as its high in protein and a source of beneficial nutrients. Providing 21.6 percent of the recommended daily intake of iron and nearly half of the daily recommended intake of protein per serving.
