Reports To: Head – Customer Support


Position Summary:

The Sr. Executive – Customer Support will be responsible for managing end-to-end customer service operations, ensuring timely resolution of customer queries, and maintaining accurate records within the SAP system. This role plays a critical part in supporting order processing, billing coordination, delivery tracking, and after-sales support while maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • Any Graduate / Post Graduate
  • 4–6 years of relevant experience.
  • Must have experience of working on SD Module in SAP
  • VA41 – Create Sales Contracts
  • VA01 – Create Sales Orders
  • VA42 – Change Sales Contracts
  • VA02 – Change Sales Orders
  • VA45 – List of Sales Contracts
  • VA05 – List of Sales Orders
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Shift Timings:- 11:30 am – 8:30 p.m. (April to Oct), 12:00 pm to 09:00 pm (Nov to March) – EU Shift

Workings Days : 5 days a week (in office) + Sat (WFH if req)
