Role Requirement

  1. Punching Contracts and orders in SAP
  2. Sanitising open orders and generating weekly report
  3. Responsible to create Service and Support agreement, Post Sales Service and Support.
  4. Work with multiple teams to understand the business requirements and coordinate to resolve the issues
  5. Request tracking and closure – ensures the end to end and proactive ownership of requests assigned.

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Proficient in MD excel.
  • Proficient in SAP.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills with a proven ability to create and maintain working relationships

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field required; Master’s degree preferred.

  • 11:30 a.m. – 8:30 p.m.
  • Offered CTC – 6 – 8 LPA
