Position Summary:

We are looking for a candidate who will assist in the development, implementation, and ongoing support of AI-driven and automation solutions across the organization. This role is ideal for early-career professionals (0–2 years of experience) who are passionate about technology, process improvement, and emerging digital tools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • AI Strategy Development: Identify opportunities where AI can add value across business functions (operations, marketing, sales, HR, customer service, etc.).
  • Tool Evaluation & Implementation: Research, evaluate, and recommend AI tools/platforms (e.g., generative AI, automation, analytics, chatbots) suitable for our business needs.
  • Process Optimization: Design AI-driven workflows to improve productivity, reduce costs, and enhance decision-making.
  • Training & Enablement: Educate teams on AI tools, best practices, and ethical use of AI in business.
  • Data Insights: Collaborate with data teams to leverage AI for predictive analytics, customer insights, and trend forecasting.
  • Innovation & Experimentation: Pilot new AI solutions, measure their impact, and scale successful initiatives.
  • Compliance & Ethics: Ensure AI adoption aligns with data privacy, security, and ethical standards

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Data Science, or related field.
  • 0–2 years of relevant experience (early career professionals).
  • Proven experience in applying AI tools within a business environment.
  • Strong understanding of generative AI, machine learning, and automation platforms.
  • Ability to translate technical concepts into business strategies.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Knowledge of data privacy regulations and ethical AI practices.

Shift Timings:- 11:30 am – 8:30 p.m. (European shift)
