Key Responsibilities

  1. Independent Content Creation:
  • Develop and execute marketing content both text and visual content autonomously.
  • Utilize graphic design skills to create high-quality visual content.
  • Demonstrate exceptional copywriting skills, storytelling and persuasive  communication.
  • Marketing Expertise:
  • Apply solid understanding of marketing principles in daily tasks.
  • Provide comprehensive support in all marketing initiatives.
  • Ensure all marketing efforts serve to achieve immediate and long-term business goals, identifying and executing improvements for processes, content, and creatives.
  • Execute all marketing requirements for trade fairs, communications & PR and digital marketing.
  • Manage and update all digital assets and tools of marketing (websites, newsletters, blogs, print collaterals)
  • Technical Proficiency:
  • Exhibit strong skills in Adobe Photoshop, WordPress and basic video editing tools.
  • Video creation and editing capabilities would be highly beneficial.
  • Team Collaboration:
  • Work independently while effectively collaborating with both agency and in-house team members.
  • Flexible Working Hours:
  • Adapt to mixed shift timings: 3 days aligned with Central European Time (CET) and 2 days in split shifts (half day with EU and half with US timings).
  • Communication and Storytelling:
  • Employ excellent communication skills for effective storytelling and audience engagement.

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • A self-motivated individual with a artistic mindset.
  • Awareness of Social Media trends, understanding of SEO & SMO techniques.
  • Good sense of design and visual aesthetics.
  • Open to working in a dynamic and flexible environment.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Any experience in a Non-Profit or Sustainability focused work experience is a huge plus.

Education and Experience:

  • Minimum of three years of experience in a related role.
  • A graduate degree in a relevant field marketing, advertising or communications.
  • A portfolio demonstrating past work and achievements.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
