Position Summary:
The Executive/ Sr. Executive – Customer Support INC will be responsible for managing end-to-end customer service operations, ensuring timely resolution of customer queries, and maintaining accurate records within the SAP system. This role plays a critical part in supporting order processing, billing coordination, delivery tracking, and after-sales support while maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Acting as backbone for the BD Team by reducing administrative load and improving efficiency.
- Reduction in sales team admin time by 20–30%
- All assigned tasks completed within agreed timelines
- Preparation and coordination of all sales documents (contracts, EIF, Sap reports, Jarvis, customer forms) with accuracy.
- 98–100% error-free document preparation
- All contracts/EIF released within 48 hrs of request
- Inter-team Coordination Turnaround time with SCM, logistics & finance On-time closure of requests (SCM, QC, dispatch, LC, accounts)
- Customer Documentation Support On-time submission of customer docs, reports,zero escalations
- Assisting in end-to-end monitoring of order status from PO receipt to dispatch.
- 100% correct entry of orders in system , order book sanitisation
- NO missed dispatches due to documentation/input errors
- Weekly MIS on order status submitted on time
- Providing support to sales team with price sheets, competitor tracking, and weekly updates Monthly summary report
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Any Graduate / Post Graduate
- 2–3 years of relevant experience.
- Proficient with MS Excel
- Excellent communication & Negotiation Skills
Shift Timings:- 02:00 pm to 06:00 pm Work from office and 07:00 pm to 11:00 pm Work from home
Workings Days : 5 days a week (in office) + Sat (Alternate Off)
