Sr. Executive – Customer Success
Role Requirement
- Punching Contracts and orders in SAP
- Sanitising open orders and generating weekly report
- Responsible to create Service and Support agreement, Post Sales Service and Support.
- Work with multiple teams to understand the business requirements and coordinate to resolve the issues
- Request tracking and closure - ensures the end to end and proactive ownership of requests assigned.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Proficient in MD excel.
- Proficient in SAP.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills with a proven ability to create and maintain working relationships

Key Responsibilities
- Experience in working on Electronics equipment.
- Will be responsible for Electronics machine Maintenance like Sortex, X-rays, Metal
- detectors.
- Breakdown maintenance.
- Timely PMS of machines
- Maintain breakdown and PMS records.
- Maintaining critical parts inventory at Store.
Requirements :-
- Preferred qualifications Graduate/Diploma in Electronics & Instrumentation.
- Working Hours:- 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m
