Department: Supply Chain Management

Key Responsibilities:-

• Demand, Supply, logistic and Production Planning
• Collaborates with other departments and stakeholders to identify and maintain resources needed to establish and provide an effective supply chain.
• Establishes performance metrics for measurement, comparison, or evaluation of factors affecting the supply chain.
• Develops and maintains detailed inventories of materials and supplies located in the company, at sites, and in the factory.
• Maintains required quantity of supplies and materials to optimize production.
• Analyzes current inventories and procedures; suggests improvements to increase efficiency of supply chain and profitability for the company.
• Develops policies to increase efficiency throughout the supply chain while ensuring quality and safety; implements subsequent changes to processes.
• Identifies optimal shipment and transportation routes with attention to consolidation of warehousing and distribution.
• Make recommendations to ensure efficient loading, unloading, movement, and storage of materials.

Education:-

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field required; Master’s degree preferred.
• Three years of experience as a manager, or similar relevant position required.
• Ten years of total experience
• At least 5 years span in current organization.
• CTC - 10-12 LPA

Department: Customer Success

Key Responsibilities:-

• - Key Account Management
• - Coordinate the entire supply chain process (SCM)
• - Coordinate with the ‘Quality Team’ for any product related issues and escalations from the customers
• - Up-sell new products to existing customers
• - Represent the company at various ‘Food Festivals’ and related conferences, Carved out a roadmap for exhibitions across USA and Europe
• - Coordination with internal departments to ensure timely response to customers
• - Hold weekly reviews with the team to ensure that the team is aligned on priorities and all the needed activities completed.
• - Facilitate communication between Key partners, Sales, Marketing and Operations regarding order status, product availability and delivery.
• - Responsible to create Service and Support agreement, Post Sales Service and Support. Work with multiple teams to understand the business requirements and coordinate to resolve the issues
•  - Request tracking and closure - ensures the end to end and proactive ownership of requests assigned.
• - SLAs of End to end TAT and Accuracy would be critical parameters of performance.
• - Manage exports to international customer locations
• - Manage and track the product stock and inventory

• Coordinate entire Import process in EU
• Documentation check and follow
• Maintain MIS excel
• Tracking of shipments
• Agrim management
• CMRs issuance
• GRNs request
• GRN on the Traces
• GDB containers tracking
• Inbound PDFs arrange in SAP
• Arrangement of duty free licenses
• Coordination with all the warehouses
• Preparation of monthly review
